Complex hydromechanical equipment - water gates, trash racks

UKRSTAL CONSTRUCTION manufactures complex hydromechanical equipment - flat wheel water gates for the spillway dam of the Dnipro HPP, which is part of the energy company UKRGIDROENERGO.

The weight of one water gate is 62 tons, the dimensions are 13.0 x 10.5 x 10.25 meters

In accordance with the Customer's requirements, this responsible equipment can be manufactured only at an enterprise equipped with the necessary technological equipment, industrial areas, machine park and qualified personnel who will ensure the technological preparation of production, the development of the necessary technological documentation, compliance with the requirements of current regulatory and governing documents.

In the long-term history of UKRSTAL CONSTRUCTION, invaluable experience in the production of just such highly reliable hydraulic equipment has been accumulated: in 2007, 2008, 2010, similar projects were implemented for the Kremenchuk, Dniprodzerzhynska, Dniprovska, Kakhovska, Kanivska, Kyiv HPPs.

The technological map of the production of this order provides for the use of the most progressive and technically perfect methods of work performance. After complete welding of the seams of the crossbars, diaphragms, stringers and ultrasonic control, the structure will undergo a full control assembly with the installation of attached components (balancing carts, seals). After acceptance by the Customer, Designer and Installer, disassembly, anti-corrosion coating, shipment to the site will take place.
