PLATFORMA Business Center

UKRSTAL СONSTRUCTION fully supplied and assembled all metal structures for the new PLATFORMA business center in Kiev, on the site of the former Voronin factory. The work was commissioned by the well-known development company City Capital Group in close cooperation with our long-term partner, AK Engineering, one of the leading construction companies in Ukraine. The volume of metal structures delivered and assembled by us is 1800 tons.

The new building is a modern office center under PLATFORM brand with coworking and restaurants. Engineers challenged a difficult task to renovate a dilapidated building, giving it a modern look. In this project, the solution of designers harmoniously combines the use of both reinforced concrete and steel structures. At the same time, 5 floors of the business center remained made of concrete, but were reinforced with steel, while the remaining 6 floors were mounted exclusively from metal structures. Area of the building was doubled and amounted to about 20 000 sq.m.

PLATFORM business center takes its rightful place among the notable structures of the capital.
