• shot blasting to prepare the surface of products to a level of Sa 2.5÷3.0 according to DSTU ISO 8501 and a roughness of not less than Rz 40 microns according to DSTU ISO 8502 to guarantee adhesion and maximum service life of the coating.
• application of anti-corrosion coating with controlled climate control in a painting and drying chamber (internal dimensions of the chamber 26.0 x 6.0 x 5.3 m, maximum product weight 50 tons, maximum dimensions of the product being painted 24x3.6x3.6 m)
• wide drying temperature range from + 15°C to 75°C
• anti-corrosion protection systems for design categories of corrosion activity C2 - C5 according to ISO 12944 regulations (surface preparation, control, testing + three layers)
• in summary: expected durability with a guarantee of the service life of the coating system up to 25 years

1. Coating for ordinary large-sized building structures for design categories of corrosion activity C2 and coating thickness 80-100 microns
Price from 4800 UAH. excluding VAT per ton (price may vary depending on the technical specifications)
2. Coating for critical metal structures and project categories of corrosion activity C4 up to a thickness of 180 microns after preparation of roughness and cleanliness of the surface by shot blasting with subsequent painting with an anti-corrosion protection system in a climate-controlled chamber:
- I layer PRIMER about 80-100 mm with application within 6 hours
- II layer main about 70 microns
- III layer finish about 60 microns
Price from 9700 UAH excluding VAT per ton (price may vary depending on the technical specifications)
The price includes consumables (grit, tips, filters and other components for coating process equipment), plant logistics, unloading at the plant, electricity, operation of the main and auxiliary painting equipment of the painting shop.
The cost of services does not include the main paint and varnish materials of typical anti-corrosion protection systems and transportation costs.
